Shakespeare in Parks

You should definitely make time to assemble a picnic dinner and head to one of the several parks where Seattle Shakespeare Festival’s Wooden O Shakespeare-in-the-park shows are popping up during the summer! They are doing Romeo and Juliet and Twelfth Night, so you can get your romantic fix either way. Go! See theater! Be outside! Eat and drink! They are most often at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island — arrive early enough to get parking and bring everything you’ll need to sit outdoors for the evening!
